Paediatric Oncology

A comprehensive diagnostic service for cancers in babies and children is provided by expert surgeons and paediatric intensive care specialists. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment is given by an experienced team of nurses, radiotherapists and pharmacists.

These specialists whose NHS practices are at leading centres such as UCLH, The Royal Marsden and King’s College Hospital are able to treat cancers such as sarcomas, haematology (acute leukaemia, lymphoma) and brain tumours (neuroblastoma, retinoblastoma).

Our new paediatric day unit currently provides supportive and ongoing care to our oncology patients. The unit provides the highest quality of service and is supported by a highly trained team of staff.
