Patient Satisfaction

At The Harley Street Clinic we maintain the highest levels of patient satisfaction. We value patient feedback as it helps us to improve our services. All patients receive a questionnaire which they are encouraged to complete and the results are analysed by an independent company.

The patient feedback (based on up to 1836 responses) for the year to the end of February 2012 included the following:

• 98 per cent of patients would recommend us
• 94.6 per cent of patients rated the overall quality of care as either "excellent" or "very good" (99.3% including "good")
• 92.4 per cent of patients rated the individual attention given as "excellent" or "very good"
• 91.9 per cent of patients rated the consistent standard of nursing care as "excellent" or "very good"
• 99 per cent highly rated the cleanliness of both the patient room and the bathroom ("excellent", "very good" or "good")
• 95.8 per cent had complete confidence and trust in the treating doctors

These figures - which are consistently high - are monitored on a monthly basis to ensure high levels of quality are always offered to patients.
